About

We own the part everyone leaves undone.

Written by Santosh Gowda, founder of OnboardHive.

Almost every tool in our space is built to win the deal. Proposal software, e-sign, CRMs, they all optimize the run-up to "yes," then go quiet. The moment a client actually says yes, the software disappears and the agency is back to email, WhatsApp, and a pile of Drive links.

That gap, the week after "yes," when nothing happens, is where agencies lose the confidence they spent months earning. It is also where almost no one has built anything good. So that is what we build.

What OnboardHive is

One private magic link per client. It opens as a tracked proposal, you see opens, active read-time, and get an alert the moment a client re-opens after going quiet. When they say yes, the same link becomes a branded onboarding portal: sign, pay, intake, grant access, upload. No client login, ever.

Then we keep going where others stop: an onboarding stall heatmap that shows exactly which step a client is stuck on, two-tier engagement tracking across both phases, and AI that drafts onboarding flows and writes a kickoff brief from the client's intake answers.

Who it's for

Agencies, consultants, and studios of one to ten people who send proposals and onboard clients, not enterprise sales teams. If you currently stitch onboarding together across five tools and lose momentum after the win, OnboardHive is built for you. See pricing — 14 days free to start, then flat-rate rather than per seat.

How we work

Small, fast, and opinionated. We ship the complete thing rather than the demo version, we keep the product premium and white-label, and we sell outcomes, more wins closed, fewer clients lost in the handoff, not features for their own sake.

Who builds it

Santosh Gowdafounder. I write the code, answer the support email, and take the calls. There is no sales team here: when the pricing page says "talk to the founder, not a script," that is me on the other end of the booking link.

OnboardHive came out of building client-facing software for agencies and watching the same failure repeat: the proposal tooling was excellent, the week after "yes" was email and Drive links. Every design decision here starts from that week — one link per client instead of an account, tracking that measures active read-time rather than pixel opens, and a portal that shows you the exact step a client is stuck on instead of a completion percentage.

I'd rather be told the product is wrong than find out from churn. If something here doesn't work the way this page claims, email me directly at contact@onboardhive.com and it gets read by the person who can fix it.
