Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OnboardHive. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using OnboardHive on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.

The service

OnboardHive lets agencies and consultants share a tracked proposal and run client onboarding through a single magic link. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be able to form a binding contract to use OnboardHive.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content;
• send spam, malware, or attempt to breach security or access others' data;
• resell or white-label the service beyond the white-label features your plan includes;
• misuse the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

You are responsible for the content you and your clients put into OnboardHive.

Plans, payment & refunds

• Free includes a per-account allowance (currently 3 completed onboardings, total) with unlimited onboardings in progress.
• Pro and Scale are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually through our payments provider (Dodo Payments, merchant of record). They renew until cancelled; cancel any time and you keep access through the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase for ongoing access to the then-current product and its updates, for as long as we operate the service. It is not a perpetual guarantee that the service will exist forever, and it does not include separately-priced future products.
• Prices may change for new purchases; your active subscription price will not change without notice.
• Taxes are handled by our merchant of record where applicable. Refunds are handled case by case, contact us.

Your content & ownership

You own your content and your clients' data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you (store, process, display, back up). We own the OnboardHive software, brand, and site.

Third-party services

OnboardHive integrates with third parties (payments, email, Google Drive, an AI provider). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnboardHive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. OnboardHive is a workflow tool, not legal, financial, or compliance advice.

Termination

You may stop using OnboardHive and delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data per our Privacy Policy.
